1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States for a limited time.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 12 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal high volumes or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes TryNovaTech (operated by GREENGO MARKET LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@trynovatechpro.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
